1912 White Model 40 Touring Car

A dark green 1912 White Model 40 touring car owned by Aaron Robinson, editor-at-large for Hagerty, leaving the 2025 Holiday Motor Excursion presented by the Horseless Carriage Club (HCCA) of Southern California.

This past year's Holiday Motor Excursion attracted a surprisingly high number of cars from defunct or little-known marques, including three Whites. Interestingly, none of them were actually, um, white. I always applaud owners who choose to own, drive, and maintain cars like this despite replacement parts and service expertise being nearly nonexistent. Given this owner's profession, I'm sure he is very well-established in the automotive community and has access to all kinds of cool cars, which makes it even more intriguing that he chose this one for his personal garage. Dark green looks great on this White (sorry, not sorry), and with a few holiday decorations it instantly looks like it belongs in a Hallmark movie. Sure, getting a Model T would have made maintenance much easier. But just imagine all those confused looks on people's faces when you nonchalantly tell them your car's a White even though it's not... okay, I'll do the world a favor and stop right here.

Would you choose this White over a Model T Ford? Leave a comment on YouTube and let me know!
