A dark blue 1930 Lincoln L-Series (Model L) Sport Touring arriving at and leaving the 2022 Holiday Motor Excursion presented by the Horseless Carriage Club (HCCA) of Southern California. This car was used in the 2019 Tournament of Roses Parade in Pasadena by Gerald Freeny, the first African American President of the Pasadena Tournament of Roses Association.

American luxury car brands - at least the few that still exist - have made great progress recovering from the Great Recession over the past couple decades. But while SUVs and crossovers with leather-wrapped interiors and more technology than you'll remember how to use can attract buyers, they simply don't come close to exuding the timeless elegance of a car like this. No wonder this gorgeous Lincoln was chosen to chauffeur the President of the Pasadena Rose Parade. And no wonder its owner enjoys driving it to car events with a huge smile on her face!

Would you choose this car over a modern Lincoln? Leave a comment on YouTube and let me know!
