1960 Porsche 356 B Cabriolet (w/ startup)

A silver 1960 Porsche 356 B 1600 Super Cabriolet arriving at and leaving Cars and Coffee at Finish Line Auto Club.

You can't go wrong with a silver Porsche. Some may think it's a boring color, but I'll always associate some of the most iconic vintage Porsches with silver, including the 550 Spyder and the original 356 No. 1 prototype. The 356 was Porsche's first production car and received several updates throughout its production cycle of over 15 years. This early ""B"" model is a 1600 Super, meaning its flat-four engine produced 75 horsepower (a 15-horse increase over the base 60-hp model.) Its interior certainly looks reupholstered, with vintage-style plaid providing excellent contrast with the black leather and silver bodywork. I personally love how the exhaust pipes are neatly integrated into the rear bumper guards. What a wonderful little car for enjoying a sunny Saturday morning in Southern California!
