Brand New $353K 2026 Ferrari Roma Spider
A brand new red (Rosso Corsa) 2026 Ferrari Roma Spider leaving South OC Cars and Coffee at the Outlets at San Clemente. This car was purchased from Ferrari of Newport Beach earlier this month and has a suggested retail price (MSRP) of $353,204, with over $70,000 of factory options including yellow brake calipers, a carbon fiber front spoiler and rear diffuser, carbon fiber rear boot trim, sport exhaust pipes, and Magneride dual-mode suspension.
With the new Amalfi already introduced in both coupe and Spider variants, I had no idea Ferrari is still building the Roma Spider for the current model year, and I was surprised to discover that this car was just delivered new by the dealership weeks ago. I can't deny I'm still not a fan of the car's overall design. The front end looks great (especially from the angle shown on the video thumbnail), but as with the Roma coupe, the rear seems short and plump, and while there are numerous excellent design elements, it appears to have been designed by someone who refused to communicate with the designer of the front. Cutting the roof off didn't help, either, especially with the addition of that contrasting gloss black panel. It's a feature that has now worked its way into several new Ferrari models, and it looks awkward and tacky, like an unfinished custom job. There are definitely better-looking alternatives in the exotic open grand tourer segment, but the allure of the Prancing Horse badge is something many find hard to resist. And there's nothing like the classic red-over-tan combo on a sleek front-engined Ferrari convertible!
