Brand New $741K 2027 Lamborghini Revuelto SV (w/ startup)

A brand new 2027 Lamborghini Revuelto SV making a special appearance at South OC Cars and Coffee at the Outlets at San Clemente. Introduced on August 14, 2026 at The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering during Monterey Car Week, the Revuelto SV is Lamborghini’s fifth model to use the SV (Super Veloce) name. It features revised bodywork for improved aerodynamics and increased downforce and utilizes a hybrid powertrain consisting of a naturally aspirated V12 engine and three electric motors producing a total of 1,050 horsepower, an increase of 49 horsepower over the standard Revuelto. It can accelerate from 0 to 62 mph (0 to 100 km/h) in 2.4 seconds and reach a top speed of over 214 mph. Production of the Revuelto SV is limited to 1,963 units with a starting price of $741,172. This factory example, finished in silver and black with red accents, was one of the cars displayed by Lamborghini in Monterey. Also in attendance was Mitja Borkert, Head of Design at Lamborghini Centro Stile.

Each year after Monterey Car Week, several of the newly unveiled cars make their way through prominent dealerships in Southern California before returning to the factory. And thanks to Lamborghini Newport Beach, the brand new Revuelto SV made a public appearance at the popular South OC Cars and Coffee along with the man responsible for both its design and the design of the original Revuelto.

The SV is pretty much what you'd expect from a more extreme Revuelto - a more aero-focused design, a huge wing, and of course, more power. From the front, the difference is obvious thanks to the more angular design around the headlights. The rear looks nearly the same as the base Revuelto (with the exception of the wing of course), which is probably why some people have criticized the SV for looking too similar to the standard model. To be fair, updating the Revuelto's bodywork isn't an easy task, largely because it's already a very busy, complex, and aero-focused design. And given Lamborghini's tendency to keep models around for over an entire decade, there needs to be room for even more extreme variants in the future. I think Mitja Borkert did a great job creating a more aggressive design using the Revuelto's existing features. In fact, I don't think this is intentional but the stylized "SV" lettering almost seems to mimic the S-shaped side vents. This car's livery reminds me a bit of the Pirelli Edition Aventador. While the two-tone bodywork is an easy way to tell the SV apart, I'm sure many Revuelto owners will eventually customize their cars with wraps and a huge wing that can easily be mistaken for the more unique model.

On a side note, I admit I was a bit worried after the car was driven to its display position in electric mode that there would be no chance to hear that V12 come to life all morning. Thankfully that changed as it was being driven into the transporter!
