A custom 2014 Ferrari F12 Berlinetta leaving Wings 'N Wheels at Cable Airport. This car, originally finished in black, was issued a salvage title after a crash resulting in heavy damage mostly in the front. It has been rebuilt and is now equipped with F12 TdF bodywork, bespoke pink (Rosa San Gabriele) paint protection spray, and Innotech Performance (iPE) straight-pipe exhaust. The car was displayed at the 2024 SEMA Show in Las Vegas.

I've always thought the F12 TdF looked far better than the standard F12 Berlinetta, and when I first discovered that this car wasn't a real TdF, I asked the same thing many of you were probably wondering and confirmed that, yes, this car was a salvage. The fact that it's now been offered a second chance at life makes it much less of a cheap knockoff and much more of a work of art; after all, if you're gonna go through all the trouble of resurrecting an otherwise doomed car, why not have a little extra fun while staying true to the spirit of the original? Of course, that's only assuming the build quality is worthy of the Prancing Horse emblem. And while I don't know if the body panels are actual original factory parts, the finished product was definitely good enough to have me fooled. Of course, the only thing particularly un-Ferrari about this car is its color. But given Ferrari's notorious reluctance to embrace similar hues, it simply reinforces the car's identity as one that knows and honors its past but also seizes the opportunity to be different with the new life it's been blessed with.

Would you have rebuilt this salvaged F12 with TdF bodywork in this unique color or stayed with the standard F12 Berlinetta bodywork in its original black shade? Leave a comment on YouTube and let me know!
