A 2022 Lamborghini Huracán LP620-2 Super Trofeo Evo2 from VF Engineering arriving at and leaving The Supercar Social at Newport Beach Automotive Group. This car was driven by Damon Ockey and Patrick Liddy in the 2022 Lamborghini Super Trofeo racing series organized by Lamborghini Squadra Corse.

In the supercar world, many people think it's cool to drive something that's as close to a race car as possible while still being street legal, and they'll gladly sacrifice comfort and practicality for the sake of arriving at a car show in something loud and crazy-looking. For some others, it makes more sense to just utilize a trailer and show up at events with, well, an actual race car, without any of the street legal fluff. The folks at VF Engineering are certainly no strangers to the circuit, and they decided to give guests at this event a glimpse of their track monster, complete with its free-breathing V10 and wild bodywork with visible battle scars from competition use. There's nothing like hearing a purpose-built race car's engine fire up; the only thing better would be to catch it at the speeds it was optimized for. But of course, that will have to wait until an actual track day!

On a side note, the driver at the end did an amazing job of maneuvering the car with barely an inch to spare from the trailer's side railing. Even with someone guiding him, it's not easy making such precise moves in a car not designed for low speeds.
