Porsche 991 GT2 RS w/ GMG Racing Exhaust, Brixton Forged Wheels
A Racing Yellow 2018 Porsche 911 (991.2) GT2 RS with Weissach Package leaving the Koenigsegg Ghost Squadron Experience event at South Coast Plaza. This custom car is equipped with Brixton Forged WR3.2 Duo Series wheels, GMG Racing rollbar, and GMG Racing exhaust.
Would you pay substantially more than the price of a Ferrari or Lamborghini for a Porsche 911? Those who love the GT2 RS would certainly say yes. Its starting price of over $290,000 was significantly above that of a contemporary Ferrari 488 or Lamborghini Huracan and over three times that of a base-model Porsche 911. And that's before adding the Weissach Package, which alone cost more than some new cars.
Of course, once you're in money-is-not-a-problem territory, a little aftermarket magic would only be pocket change. This car, with its bright yellow paint, already has plenty of visual flare from the factory. But I think the custom wheels are a tasteful choice and fit the spirit of the original wheels. The aftermarket exhaust sounds great, too, giving the car an attitude that leaves everyone certain this isn't just any ordinary Porsche 911.
