Rare $273K 2026 Corvette ZR1X Quail Silver Limited Edition
A rare 2026 Chevrolet Corvette C8 ZR1X Quail Silver Limited Edition leaving South OC Cars and Coffee at the Outlets at San Clemente. Introduced on August 15, 2025 at The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering during Monterey Car Week, the Quail Silver Limited Edition package is a $14,995 option available exclusively on the ZR1X Convertible 3LZ. It features Blade Silver Matte paint (a color inspired by the Inca Silver color available on the 1957-1959 C1 Corvette), Sky Cool and Medium Ash Gray interior, and a “Limited Edition” interior plaque. This example is equipped with over $40,000 of factory options (including the limited edition package) and had a total price (MSRP) of $273,135.00.
With the ZR1X, Chevrolet proved that the C8 Corvette was meant to run with the best European supercars. And to make that point crystal clear, Chevy not only introduced a limited edition ZR1X at one of the world's most prestigious automotive gatherings where high-end manufacturers often debut their latest and most exclusive models, but also named the limited edition package after the event. To be honest, this car blended in so well alongside countless other C8s at the South OC event that I didn't even realize it was a ZR1X until I walked right next to it as it was leaving and noticed the badging. (This is especially true given several of the other C8s had aftermarket aero components and also a huge wing!) But once you recognize it and pay attention to it, it's hard not to appreciate all of its fine details, from the elegant matte finish to the exposed carbon fiber accents, which can quickly make you forget that it's "only" a Chevy. I'm sure there are mixed opinions on whether a $15K special edition package that boils down to a color and a plaque is merely a means of generating more publicity and milking customers' wallets. But if you can afford a ZR1X, I'm sure that extra $15K won't hurt much!
