Rare Yellow Ferrari Enzo (w/ startup)

A rare yellow 2003 Ferrari Enzo, one of 400 Enzos built, leaving the 2022 San Marino Motor Classic at Lacy Park and driving onto a transporter. This car belongs to David Lee, whose Ferrari collection also includes a yellow F40 and a yellow F50.

Many Ferrari enthusiasts dream of owning the "Big 5" - the 288 GTO, the F40, the F50, the Enzo, and the LaFerrari. But what happens when you've already obtained all five hypercars and still have extra money and garage space? For well-known collector David Lee, the answer is simple - buy another set of the five cars, just in a different color!

Having already completed the "Big 5" in classic Ferrari red, Lee has now tasked himself with hunting down the cars in yellow. This is certainly a much greater challenge; while modern Ferraris can be specced in just about any color, some older models were made almost exclusively in red. Incredibly, Lee has already found and added three of the yellow cars to his collection. As a key sponsor of the annual San Marino Motor Classic, he gladly displayed his yellow F40, F50, and Enzo at the event along with several other Ferraris for guests to enjoy.

I'm not sure how many yellow Enzos were built, but there's no doubt they're far more rare than red ones. The color is certainly fitting for one of Ferrari's most extreme modern road cars. And the car sounds great, too; in my opinion, the Enzo is one of the best-sounding of the Big 5.

Lee is now only two cars shy of completing his yellow quintet. I imagine yellow LaFerraris aren't particularly hard to find, but yellow 288 GTO's are pretty much nonexistent. I'm sure he already knew this when he decided to take on the challenge, and it will be interesting to see how and when he achieves his goal.

Do you think David Lee will be able to complete his yellow "Big 5" Ferrari collection? Leave a comment on YouTube and let me know!
