Red Ferrari Daytona SP3 from Dubai

A rare red 2023 Ferrari Daytona SP3 with Dubai plates arriving at and leaving Cars and Coffee at Finish Line Auto Club. This car is one of 600 Daytona SP3s built, 599 initial examples plus a 600th car auctioned in August 2025 during Monterey Car Week with proceeds benefiting The Ferrari Foundation.

Ferraris have been increasing in value at a mind-blowing rate, especially when it comes to limited-production models. And the introduction of electric and hybrid technology (not to mention controversial styling) has given well-heeled enthusiasts an even deeper appreciation for older gas-only models. Of those models, the Daytona SP3 sits at the top of the list. It combines Laferrari underpinnings and a gas-only V12 with timeless styling. In other words, it's pretty much the opposite of what Ferrari is currently trying to be. That's probably why one example just sold at RM Sotheby's during Monterey Car Week for $17,825,000.

This Superman-spec SP3 (look at that blue interior!) came all the way from Dubai and still proudly wears its Dubai plates. I don't know whether it's here with its owner on vacation or it's been purchased by a new U.S. owner, but it has made recent appearances at several prominent car events. And around this time of the year, it's not unusual to see supercars in California from other states or other countries as their owners prepare for the pilgrimage to Monterey. I'm glad this car's lucky owner is enjoying putting miles on it. And he can rest assured that if he were ever to let it go, it would certainly sell for a huge sum of money!
