A Tungsten Silver 2003 Aston Martin V12 Vanquish with Charcoal interior arriving at and leaving Cars and Chronographs at Hing Wa Lee Jewelers, an event held as part of the 2021 San Marino Motor Classic.

"Aston Martin calls it the Vanquish. We call it..." well, unfortunately this particular example doesn't come with a vanishing feature or any hidden missiles. But unless you're actually a crime-fighting government special agent, chances are the car's sexy looks and powerful V12 engine will make you feel as close to being James Bond as you'll ever want to be.

When the V12 Vanquish was new, I personally thought it was a bit overstyled compared to the more elegant DB7. But by today's standards I think it has aged incredibly well. You can definitely see a lot of DB7 influence, along with styling ques that influenced the DB9. If it weren't for those headlight covers, it would be hard to believe this is a 20-year-old car.

Age aside, this is a car that can make pretty much anyone look and feel classy. Just show up in a fancy suit and some designer shoes, and you can expect 007-level treatment just about anywhere you go, even in the heart of San Gabriel where people prefer milk tea over Earl Grey. The car's sound is subtle enough to let its looks speak for itself but ferocious enough to let people know it's ready for some serious business. Let's just hope there weren't any Spectre agents that also happened to be in the mood for boba!

What do you think - Has the V12 Vanquish aged well? Leave a comment on YouTube and let me know!
