A rare white 1937 Cord 812 SC (Supercharged) Phaeton with red interior arriving at and leaving the 2025 San Marino Motor Classic at Lacy Park. The supercharged 812 is equipped with a Schwitzer-Cummins supercharger that increased horsepower from 125 to around 170 and features a chrome plate and chrome exhaust pipes on each side of the hood.

The Cord 810/812 is certainly one of the most recognizable American cars of its time, and there's no doubt the most coveted examples are those equipped with a supercharger. These cars not only offer a huge performance boost but also come equipped with those prominent shiny exhaust pipes that add more glitz to their appearance. Of the various body styles available for the 810/812, I believe the Phaetons are the most attractive. Say what you will about that "coffin nose", which I admit isn't to everyone's taste, but the car's overall design is one that's far ahead of its time, and one that, to this day, won't be mistaken for anything else.

Would you add this Cord 812 to your collection? Leave a comment on YouTube and let me know!"
