The Porsche 356 has probably one of the most instantly recognizable shapes in automotive history. Its Beetle-derived design is simple and organic yet sleek and sporty. This is especially true with the earlier (A and Pre-A) models. And as the predecessor to the mighty 911, which continues to utilize the same iconic profile and overall layout, its appeal among enthusiasts is constantly growing, driving prices well into six-figure territory. Those who owned one decades ago and have held on to it are certainly very, very blessed.
