Pearl Plaza Grand Opening

A special event held to celebrate the grand opening of Pearl Plaza in Rowland Heights. The two-story plaza offers shopping, dining, and entertainment catered toward the San Gabriel Valley's Chinese-speaking community, including wealthy exotic cars owners, several of which were present at the event.
