$719K Rubino Micalizzato Ferrari 12Cilindri (w/ startup)
A red (Rubino Micalizzato) 2025 Ferrari 12Cilindri from Ferrari Beverly Hills starting up and leaving the 2026 Concorso Ferrari, organized by the Southwest Region of the Ferrari Club of America (FCA), on Colorado Boulevard in Old Town Pasadena. Introduced in May 2024 in both coupe and convertible (Spider) form, the 12Cilindri is powered by a 6.5-liter naturally aspirated V12 engine producing 819 horsepower and 500 lb-ft of torque. This car was listed for sale at Ferrari Beverly Hills with a price of $719,000.
With many open-top cars now nearly indistinguishable from their closed counterparts when their tops are up, including Ferrari's own LaFerrari and 296, it's great to see Ferrari give the coupe and Spider versions of its 12Cilindri unique rear end treatments. Of course, the coupe's design is the more controversial one, thanks to the body-colored zig-zag combined with a peculiarly-shaped large black portion that incorporates the rear glass and rear aero flaps. I won't deny it's quite odd, though I admit it's cool in its own way and it's already grown on me a bit. The rest of the car doesn't leave much to complain about; the GTB/4-inspired fascia works well, and the overall proportions are exactly what you'd expect from a sleek V12-powered grand tourer with a Prancing Horse badge. Yes, the rear half of the side profile looks a lot like a Z, and it's perfectly reasonable to expect a half-million-dollar supercar to distinguish itself from a sub-$50K Nissan. But at the end of the day, you're certainly not going to mistake one for the other. And given the increasing enthusiast demand for gas-only V12s in this increasingly electrified era, I'm sure this car will have no trouble finding buyers.
On a side note, gotta love how those traffic officers worked so hard to clear the streets for the car, only to realize that the driver had chosen to simply back up and take the shorter way.
