It's amazing what the right set of wheels can do. Some people prefer the simpler and more organic design of the standard F430 while others prefer the racier and more aggressive look of the track-focused 430 Scuderia. I don't know if this owner also has a Scuderia, but he certainly found a great way to give his F430 a more performance-focused look while retaining the purity of the base design. And it all looks like it could have come straight from the factory - they're actual Ferrari wheels, after all!
