Two Acura NSXs (Spa Yellow Pearl, New Formula Red)

Two Acura NSXs, a Spa Yellow Pearl 1999 NSX (NSX-T) with Onyx interior and a New Formula Red 2002 NSX (NSX-T) with Onyx interior, arriving at and leaving Winter Drive 2025, organized by Purist Group, at Industry Hills Expo Center.

The NA1/NA2 NSX has always been among the most desirable cars for JDM fans, standing out from contemporary Japanese sports cars with its rear-mid-engined layout and supercar-inspired styling. It's no surprise that examples in good condition, especially unmodified ones, can now easily fetch six-figure prices. The red car wears the facelifted design introduced for 2002 featuring fixed headlights bringing it more in line with its newer competitors and appears to be lowered for a more aggressive look. The yellow car has the traditional pop-up lights that rad-era enthusiasts have come to love and is entirely stock. The owner kindly let me sit in the driver's seat of the pristine low-mileage car, and it was a particularly special experience for me since my Corvette is from the same era and both cars were intended to be Ferrari alternatives that were more affordable and reliable. Now if only my car were worth even a decent fraction of the NSX!
